The Counsellor behind Chapter Counselling NI

I am an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) who provides confidential counselling and adheres to the BACP ethical framework.

I work pluralistically which means I don't believe that one way of counselling works for everyone, but rather that it should be tailored to each individual.
Throughout my practice I use various counselling approaches such as CBT, Person-centred and Embodied approaches.

I have worked with various client presentations, some of which include:

- Addiction
- Neurodiversity
- Suicidal Thoughts
- Self-harm
- Trauma
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Grief
- Low Self-Worth
- Work Related Stress
